What we take responsibility for

A trade quotes its own work. A general contractor owns the whole thing: the schedule, the permits, the coordination between trades, and the answer when something on site does not go to plan.

General contracting

We hold the contract, carry the insurance and the COR certification, and are responsible for the finished result. One number to call when something needs deciding.

Project management

Scheduling, trade coordination, inspections and the critical path. You get a programme at the start and a straight answer whenever it moves.

Permits and approvals

Drawings prepared and submitted, inspections booked and attended, sign-off chased. The part of a build that quietly eats months if nobody owns it.

Builder and developer work

Site hoarding, temporary fencing and permanent fencing at handover, phased around an active site so your trades keep working.

Commercial and institutional

Perimeter security, access control and exterior work for yards, facilities, schools and managed properties, scheduled around operating hours.

Design-build

Where the scope is still forming, we price options honestly and tell you which ones are worth the money before anything is committed.

How a managed project runs

Every stage, in order, with realistic timing.

  1. Scope and site review

We walk the property, establish what you actually need, and flag the things that will drive cost or schedule before they become surprises.

Within a few days of your call

  2. Written scope and fixed price

Everything listed: materials, quantities, inclusions, exclusions and who is responsible for what. Nothing left to be settled later.

    Two to five business days

  3. Permits and programme

Drawings submitted where required, trades booked, and a schedule you can hold us to. Municipal review time is the one thing outside our control.

    Varies by municipality

  4. Build

One site contact throughout. Progress updates at agreed points rather than only when you chase.

    Per the agreed programme

  5. Inspection and handover

Inspections signed off, deficiency walk completed with you, list cleared, site left clean.

    On completion

Certified, covered and audited

Safety accreditation is not decoration on a commercial site. It is what decides whether a contractor is allowed to bid at all.

  • COR National Standard certification mark, certified by IHSA.ca — Work Safe for Life.

An audited health and safety program certified by the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association. It is what lets us bid work that screens contractors on safety.

  • WSIB Ontario, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.

Coverage in good standing, so no liability sits with you if someone is hurt on your site.

  • Luso Canadian Charitable Society.

    A community organisation we support.
