Madawaska Homes started as a fence and deck company and still builds more of those than anything else. What changed is the scope: clients kept asking who was handling the rest of the property, so we took responsibility for it rather than handing them a list of numbers to call.

COR is an external audit of how we actually run a site. It is the reason we can bid work that screens contractors on safety.

Posts below frost depth, flashed ledgers, rated hardware. The parts nobody sees decide whether the work is still right in ten years.
